El PXN 0082 Arcade Stick és compatible de manera nativa amb PS3, PS4, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, Nintendo Switch, PC amb Windows 7/8/10 i alguns Android TV Box mitjançant la connexió USB. Per a consoles PS4 i Xbox Series X/S, pot caldre vincular-lo a través d'un comandament original connectat per a l'autenticació. No és compatible amb MacOS, iOS ni consoles de generacions anteriors com Xbox 360 sense convertidors externs.

La carcassa del PXN 0082 està fabricada en plàstic ABS d'alta resistència, amb palanca i botons de plàstic reforçat. Les seves dimensions aproximades són 300 mm d'ample, 200 mm de fons i 65 mm d'alt, i el seu pes és proper a 1,2 kg. La base és antilliscant per aportar estabilitat durant l'ús.

La funció Turbo permet assignar pulsacions repetitives a un sol botó, útil per executar combos ràpids o accions repetitives sense fatiga digital. La funció Macro possibilita programar seqüències de fins a diverses accions en una sola pulsació, optimitzant combos complexos en jocs de lluita. Aquestes característiques faciliten executar moviments que serien difícils manualment, però poden considerar-se un desavantatge en tornejos oficials on el seu ús sol estar restringit.
